What it is

Maple 为机构借款人发放固定利率、超额抵押的短期链上贷款。syrupUSDC/USDT/USDG 是把机构贷款池开放给 DeFi 的收益凭证代币，官方为它们新建了独立池，确保 proceeds 与 risks 与 Maple 既有客户池隔离。赎回端正常为即时流动性，罕见情况约 24 小时，最长 30 天。

How you get out

存入 USDC/USDT/USDG 换取 syrup 系列代币；赎回走 WithdrawalManagerQueue。正常为即时流动性，罕见情况约 24 小时，最长 30 天。官方 Fees 页只披露贷款端费用（Origination / Service / Management）与 DeFi 策略绩效费，**未单列赎回费** —— 不要按 0 处理。

What backs it

有官方第三方储备证明：2026-05-07 CEO 署名公告上线 Proof of Reserves，由 The Network Firm（AICPA 标准下的数字资产鉴证机构）执行，数据直接取自托管人，每期报告回答三问：贷款簿是否足额抵押 / 抵押品美元价值 / 抵押品是否在已披露的机构托管人处。储备证明 ≠ 审计，官方未提供破产隔离法律意见。

• Maple 官方文档首页把 DeFiLlama / CoinGecko 列为外链，那是它自己的站外链，**不代表这些聚合表可被再发布**。
