What it is

1940 Act 注册的美国政府货币市场基金，1 份 FOBXX 份额对应 1 个 BENJI 代币。基金的过户代理用自建 Benji 平台，把区块链作为份额所有权的官方记录系统。基金至少 99.5% 投于政府证券、现金及政府证券全额抵押回购，目标 NAV 稳定在 $1.00。收益按日以新铸代币空投分配，转让时按秒计提。

How you get out

只能通过 Benji App 或机构网页门户申购/赎回，仅在正常营业时间的工作日处理，开户前需完成 AML/KYC。初始申购门槛多数账户 $20。机构持有人可用 USDC 申购，卖出收益可换成 USDC。官方页面未写明赎回到账时点。

What backs it

1940 Act 注册基金，须满足 Rule 2a-7。托管方 J.P. Morgan，审计方 PricewaterhouseCoopers（均见 SEC EDGAR 归档文件）。官网称与第三方安全机构合作做智能合约审计，但未点名机构。
