What it is
Hamilton Lane（Nasdaq: HLNE）是私募市场资管机构，本身不是协议、也不发行自己的链上代币。其代币化路径是与 Securitize 合作：由 Securitize 发行受监管的 feeder fund，feeder 份额在 Polygon 上代币化，投资者间接持有 Hamilton Lane 旗下基金的敞口。已公告的产品包括 Equity Opportunities Fund V、Senior Credit Opportunities Fund (SCOPE) feeder、Secondary Fund VI feeder。
How you get out
feeder 份额按上一季度的 NAV/份额赎回，通过全数字化流程完成且 Securitize 不收交易费（其他费用可能适用）。月度申购、按需赎回。SCOPE 在 2025-11 升级为赎回时用 RedStone 提供的链上 NAV 自动定价、原子化将 VBILL 头寸换成 RLUSD 实时交付。最低 $10,000；仅合格购买人可参与。
What backs it
官方新闻稿只陈述基金层面事实：feeder 为独立于 SCOPE 本体的独立发行、由受 SEC 监管的 Securitize 实体体系管理、FINRA/SIPC 成员。**未见到官方储备证明报告、审计意见或第三方托管/破产隔离声明。**
