Paxos Global Dollar (USDG)

What it is

由 Paxos Digital Singapore Pte. Ltd.（MAS 监管的 Major Payment Institution）发行的单币种美元稳定币，1 USDG = 1 USD，面向支付、结算与财资。跨链采用 LayerZero OFT 标准，在 Ethereum/Solana 原生发行，次级网络为跨链表示。持有 Paxos 的暂停开关、资产冻结权与集中化供应控制合约。

How you get out

可从 Paxos 按 1:1 全额赎回为美元，所有现金及现金等价物储备置于隔离账户。EEA 持有人可随时按面值向 Paxos EU 赎回；非 EEA 持有人向 Paxos Digital Singapore 赎回。到账时效官方文档未写明。

What backs it

储备 100% 为隔离账户中的美元现金及现金等价物。2026-02-27 起由 KPMG LLP 出具月度鉴证报告（ISCA 标准），此前为 Enrome LLP。合约由 Zellic 与 Trail of Bits 审计。EU 侧受 MiCA 监管。

On-chain contracts

3 address(es) checked with eth_getCode on the chain each token is deployed on. An address returning 0x on Ethereum mainnet is normal for an L2 deployment and is not treated as invalid.

Caveats worth knowing before you use this

• ⛔ USDP 没有迁移到 USDG。Paxos 官方条款把 USDP、PYUSD、USDG 列为**并列的三个独立代币**，发行主体各不相同。已停止铸造、仅可赎回的是 BUSD。
• 结算稳定币持有 Paxos 的冻结权，与分散托管的资产凭证不是同一类风险。
