Centrifuge

What it is

机构级代币化基础设施，本身不是单一基金：一个 pool 内含一个或多个 vault，每个 vault 向投资者发行 share token（ERC-20 份额代币），代表其对 vault 中资产的份额所有权。结构是 hub-and-spoke：pool 在一条 hub 链统一做会计、NAV、定价与投资指令审批，vault 与 share token 部署在多条 spoke 链，跨链用 burn-and-mint 1:1 搬砖。

How you get out

异步 vault（ERC-7540）存取都走 request/claim 异步流程，由 Hub 管理请求；同步 vault 存款按 ERC-4626 即时铸造份额，但赎回仍走 ERC-7540 异步排队。投资者赎回受 memberlist（按网络独立维护的准入名单）与 manager 的 freeze 权限约束。官方文档未给出具体费率与排队时长。

官方称已完成 38 次安全审计，v3.1.0 部署由 Sherlock 验证。储备证明 / 破产隔离 / 第三方托管的官方声明**未取得** —— Centrifuge 是协议层，资产持有与托管在池管理方与受托人处，协议文档不做此声明。

On-chain contracts

4 address(es) checked with eth_getCode on the chain each token is deployed on. An address returning 0x on Ethereum mainnet is normal for an L2 deployment and is not treated as invalid.

Caveats worth knowing before you use this

• 资产层 share token **没有统一符号**，按池发行（jTRSY、jAAA、HYB 等）。用「CFG」当资产凭证是错的 —— CFG 是治理代币。
• 赎回是**异步排队**的（ERC-7540），即使同步 vault 也不是即时到账。
• 官方对链数量口径不一致：官网首页写 7 条链，开发者文档写 12 条。
